Louisville's top target is ... Jon Gruden?

Michael Lombardi of The National Football Post reports that sources at Louisville have told him that Jon Gruden is the school’s top choice to replace embattled coach Steve Kragthorpe.

While Gruden may be Louisville's top choice, I find it hard to believe the former Tampa Bay coach would be interested in the post. Gruden hasn’t coached in college since serving as receivers coach at Pitt in 1991.

I think we'll see Gruden back in the NFL (Redskins?) before we see him in the college ranks.
